The Personal Data Protection Act (from now on “LPDP”) and the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, onwards “ GDPR”) ensure the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.

In legal terms, personal data is considered to be any “information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“the data subject”); an identifiable natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identification number or to one or more specific elements of his physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity (for example, his name associated with your phone number or email address).

By accepting this Privacy Policy, the user gives his informed, express, free and unequivocal consent to the personal data provided through the freshwood.eu website, brand pages on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIN), e-mail, face-to-face business contacts (for example, fairs) or other ways in which the user can share their personal data with FWFI – FRESHWOOD FORMS INDUSTRY, LDA. Commercial and promotional information (if applicable): By entering your phone number during purchase, you agree that FRESHWOOD may send you text notifications (about your order, including checkout reminders) and marketing offers. Sending notifications or using automation requires the user to enter the website’s phone numbers or names of recipients. FRESHWOOD stores and uses this data to show campaign analytics and results, including message delivery status, shipping status and, in some cases, whether the order resulted in a sale.
