2. CONSENT INFORMATION
The Personal Data Protection Act (from now on “LPDP”) and the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, onwards “ GDPR”) ensure the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.
In legal terms, personal data is considered to be any “information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“the data subject”); an identifiable natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identification number or to one or more specific elements of his physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity (for example, his name associated with your phone number or email address).
