Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. All prices include sales tax applicable for Portugal, and otherwise (where no VAT is charged or no fee) no adjustment is made to an equivalent amount of VAT on any shipments for sales in other tax jurisdictions. If the sale is made to another taxing jurisdiction, where VAT is not chargeable, void or non-applicable, the price reflected will not include VAT reduction, nor will a refund of this amount be granted. After placing the order, the user will receive an email from FRESHWOOD (sent to the email address provided), acknowledging that the order has been received. Not meaning that the request was accepted. All orders placed are subject to acceptance by FRESHWOOD, and FRESHWOOD will confirm, whenever possible, the approval of the order by sending an email (“Shipping Confirmation”). The contract between FRESHWOOD and the user is signed when the order confirmation email is sent.
After placing the order, payment will be made according to the selected payment method. Suppose, for any reason, FRESHWOOD cannot fulfill the customer’s order. In that case, payment will be returned immediately upon notification by the user of the intent of a refund unless an exchange or pre-order is requested.
If the availability of a product online is incorrect, FRESHWOOD informs the user. If FRESHWOOD is unable to fulfill the order and/or offer an alternative, the order is canceled.

5. ORDER CANCELLATION
The order can be canceled up to the point of processing, that is, up to the time of order confirmation. After sending the order to the customer, cancellation of the order is no longer accepted. After cancellation, all payments will be fully refunded within 5 business days.
