- Shipping via CTT Expresso
Shipping CTT Expresso for Tomorrow and CTT Expresso for the rest of the World are the standard shipments practiced by FRESHWOOD for national and international shipments, respectively. If the user wants the option Shipping via Carrier, he must mention this in the field ‘Order notes (optional)’ at the time of finalizing the order. If the user wants to activate the insurance, he must also mention this information in the ‘Order notes (optional)’ field. Shipping is done through a carrier, whenever the order does not meet the necessary criteria for shipping via CTT.
CTT Express for Tomorrow
- Delivery takes place at the CTT Contact Point or the address mentioned by the user;
- Permanent update of the order’s shipping status;
- Option to take out insurance to cover the order;
- SMS or email notifications to sender and recipient (FRESHWOOD and user);
- Delivery time from 1 business day.

This type of shipment is carried out when the dimensions of the order are not eligible for shipping via CTT, or when the user specifies that he/she wants this route.

- HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP ORDERS?
The waiting time for sending orders depends on two factors: the existence of the product in stock and the person responsible for dispatch (CTT or DHL).
If FRESHWOOD has the quantity of product ordered in stock and the order is completed by 2 pm on the business day, the order is shipped on the same day. If the order is completed after 2 pm, the order can be shipped on the same business day or the following business day, subject to availability by FRESHWOOD.
When FRESHWOOD does not have the desired quantity in stock, the user will be contacted, within 1 working day by email or telephone, to be informed of the expected production time of the quantities ordered.

- WHAT IS THE PRICE FOR THE SHIPMENT OF ORDERS?
The shipping price of orders will be calculated according to the weight of the order and the product reference.
The user will receive the purchase order with the total value of the order, including shipping costs.
- HOW DOES ORDER PICKUP WORK?
CTT Express for Tomorrow
- If you have to pick up the order at a CTT Point or Store, the user must be accompanied by the identification document (Citizen Card, Identity Card, Residence Permit, Passport, etc.) and the CTT Delivery Notice (document left by CTT in the mailbox or sent by SMS or email).
- The deadline for collecting express orders is 5 working days from the day indicated on the back of the Delivery Notice.
